The Sites page and All sites
See every site you own or run in one place: who sees the Sites page, what each All sites card shows, how totals work, and the All sites screen in the ResNeo app.
The Sites page and All sites
When you run more than one site, the Sites page puts them side by side: today's bookings, this week's figures and each site's plan, with a button to jump into any of them.
The one big idea: every figure is the one that site shows on its own screens, for its own today and its own week. Sites are only added together where you see Total.
Who sees what
- Owners see Sites you own: each site they own, with its plan, status and team.
- Anyone who runs two or more sites as the owner or an admin also sees All sites at the top of the page, with each site's figures.
- Front desk and Staff do not get the Sites page or the Sites link. A site where you are Front desk or Staff is never in All sites.
Open the Sites page
At the bottom of the sidebar, under your name and email, click Sites, just below My account. On a phone, open the menu first.
The Sites link is there for every owner, even of one site, and for anyone who runs two or more sites as an admin. If you work at more than one business, Switch site in the same place also lists Sites. ResNeo also brings you back to the Sites page if you leave the payment page while adding a site.
Sites you own
Each site you own has a row with its name and address, then its plan, status and team size, for example Appointments Plus · Active · 4 people on the team. The status is Active, Free trial, Payment due, Ending soon or Subscription ended.
Each row has three buttons:
- Switch opens that site's dashboard. The site you are in shows You're here instead.
- Plan and billing opens that site's Plan tab, for its plan, invoices and payment card.
- Team opens that site's Staff tab, to invite people or change what they can do.
To hand a site to someone else, click Team, then Transfer ownership on your own row. See The owner and transferring ownership. To close a site, click Plan and billing and use Delete this venue.
The owner also sees Add a site at the top of the page, where ResNeo offers it. See Adding a site.
All sites
All sites shows a card for each site you run, grouped by owner. Your own sites come first, under Your businesses. Sites you run as an admin for someone else are grouped under Owned by and that person's name.
Each card shows the site's plan and status, in the same words as Sites you own (Active, Free trial, Payment due or Ending soon), and Current site on the one you are in. Then come its figures:
| Figure | What it means |
|---|---|
| Bookings today | Bookings at that site today, as on its home page |
| Next booking | The time of its next booking today, or None |
| Booked this week | The value of this week's bookings, Monday to Sunday, less no-shows, as on Reports, Revenue |
| New bookings this week | Bookings made since Monday, as on Reports, New bookings. A line such as 2 since cancelled means 2 of them have been cancelled since |
| No-shows this week | No-shows from Monday to Sunday |
| Net takings this week | Payments taken at the till less refunds, without tips, as on Reports, Takings. Only for sites that use Checkout |
Each site counts its own today and week in its own time zone.
Every card has Switch, which opens that site's dashboard. The owner, and admins with Billing, payouts and admins, also get Plan, which opens that site's Plan tab.
Totals
A group with two or more sites gets a Total card underneath:
- Counts are added up.
- Money is added up per currency and never converted. Sites in pounds and sites in euros get a line each.
- Sites with different owners are never added together.
Notes under the total tell you when something is left out: Total leaves out [site], which didn't load., Takings total covers 2 of 3 sites. (only some sites use Checkout) and Figures shown for your first 20 sites.
When a card shows no figures
- Subscription ended: that site's plan has ended, so only its status shows.
- We couldn't load this site: its figures failed to load this time. Refresh the page.
- Figures shown for your first 20 sites.: you run more than 20 sites. Switch to a site to see its own figures.
If none of your sites load, the page says We couldn't load your sites. Please try again. Click Try again.
In the ResNeo app
- Open the More tab.
- Under your business name at the top, tap Switch site.
- The Switch site screen lists your sites, with your role at each, and any invitations waiting. Tap a site to switch to it.
- Tap All sites to see the same cards, figures and totals as on the web.
On All sites, Switch opens that site's Today screen and Plan opens its plan. Pull down to refresh.
You can't add a site in the app. Owners see Add a site from your ResNeo dashboard on the web. If you don't see Switch site, update the app to the latest version.
