Exporting all your data

Full venue CSVs

Inside Reports on the Overview tab, scroll to Export your data. Buttons call /api/venue/export?type=bookings and /api/venue/export?type=guests, which download entire venue CSV files not scoped to the date picker above.

Copy uses your terminology (for example clients vs guests) when the dashboard is in appointment style experience.

Chart level CSVs

Each analytics card on Reports includes its own Download CSV action for the currently applied date range. If a dataset is empty, the UI shows a notice instead of downloading an empty file.

Import audit

After Settings → Data import (/dashboard/import), download the per session CSV from the import UI to see what changed. Imports are designed to be reversible within the product’s undo window (see in app copy for the exact retention).

Security

CSV downloads may contain PII and payment references. Store them encrypted at rest inside your organisation.
