The ResNeo app
Run your venue from your phone: install the app and sign in, work your diary on the move, take bookings and payments at the counter, keep client records and compliance forms up to date, and know which jobs still belong on the web.
- Install the app and sign in
Find the ResNeo app in the App Store or on Google Play, sign in with a password or a sign-in code, and choose whether you land on your venue or your own bookings.
- The diary on your phone
Read your day on the Calendar tab, switch between Day, Week and Month, add a booking or a block from a slot, and drag an appointment to a new time.
- Finding and updating bookings
Search, sort and filter the bookings list on your phone, swipe a row to accept or mark a no-show, and use the booking screen to call, reschedule, take payment or message a guest.
- Taking a booking in the app
Walk through the booking form on your phone: pick services, choose a person or Any available, find a time, take the guest's details, decide about a deposit, and confirm.
- Clients and contacts in the app
Search, filter and tag your client list from your phone, then open a client to call, message, book, edit and see their records.
- Hours, breaks, leave and blocks in the app
Set weekly working hours, breaks, planned hours and rotas, block out time and book leave from your phone, plus the admin-only Calendars screen.
- Taking payments in person
Collect the balance at the end of an appointment with Tap to Pay, a Bluetooth card reader, cash or another method, and handle deposits, card holds and refunds from your phone.
- Compliance in the app
Track patch tests, consent forms and other records from your phone: capture a signature in the venue, send a link, read a record and set up your templates.
- Notifications, app lock and your account
Choose which alerts your phone shows you, set quiet hours, lock the app behind Face ID, and manage your own sign-in details, password and account.
