Does ResNeo track patch tests and their expiry?
Yes. Patch tests can be set to stay valid for a fixed period, such as 180 days, and ResNeo flags them as they approach expiry and sends a renewal request. You can also require a patch test to be completed a minimum time before the appointment, for example at least 48 hours ahead, and block bookings that do not meet it.
How do deposits work for treatments?
