MacBook Neo Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is JAR 26 LTD, trading as ResNeo, a company registered in Northern Ireland (Company No. NI740269) with its registered office at 100a Main Street, Bangor, Northern Ireland, BT20 4AG.

2. The Promotion

• ResNeo will conduct one live prize draw on each day of Salon International 2026.
• One (1) Apple MacBook Neo will be awarded each day.
• Entry is free. No purchase or payment is required to enter.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to individuals who:

• are aged 18 years or over;
• own, manage or are authorised to represent a salon, barber, beauty or related business;
• create a new ResNeo business account during Salon International 2026.

Employees of JAR 26 LTD, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible.

Only one entry per business, per day, is permitted.

ResNeo reserves the right to reject duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entries.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must create a new ResNeo business account using the registration process provided at the ResNeo stand during Salon International.

Entries are free.

Daily entries close at 3:55 pm (BST).

Entries received after this time will be entered into the following day’s draw where applicable.

5. Prize

Each daily winner will receive:

• One (1) Apple MacBook Neo.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond ResNeo’s control, ResNeo reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Apple Inc. is not associated with, sponsors, endorses or administers this promotion.

6. The Live Draw

A live draw will take place at the ResNeo Stand (U174) at 4:00 pm (BST) on each day of Salon International.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the daily closing time.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must be physically present at the ResNeo stand when the draw takes place.

If the selected winner does not present themselves to a member of the ResNeo team within five (5) minutes of their name being announced, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

The winner must provide reasonable proof of identity and, where requested, evidence that they are authorised to represent the business that entered.

The prize will be presented immediately at the ResNeo stand following verification.

8. International Entrants

The promotion is open internationally.

The prize must be collected in person at Salon International.

ResNeo is not responsible for any travel, customs duties, taxes, import charges or other costs associated with transporting the prize outside the United Kingdom.

9. Disqualification

ResNeo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• provides false or misleading information;
• creates multiple accounts to obtain additional entries;
• attempts to manipulate the promotion;
• breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
• otherwise acts fraudulently or dishonestly.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to this, ResNeo accepts no responsibility for entries lost due to technical failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Personal Data

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for administering the prize draw, verifying winners and awarding prizes, in accordance with the ResNeo Privacy Policy.

12. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners agree to reasonable photography and video recording during the presentation of the prize at Salon International.

Any further promotional use of a winner’s name or image will only be made with their consent where required by law.

13. General

ResNeo reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
